Tangled Up Bits n Bobs

Here iz an amazin nu sparkly Tangled Up TV ad:

Da amazin reviews keep rollin in. Ere r a selecta:

NME - 7/10 - 'Unbeatable future pop hits'
Breakbeat symphonies, new rave ballads, clubbing nightmares - yes, Girls Aloud's career has been marked by genre-hopping, and lots and lots of fake tan. The magic dust they sprinkled on the Top 40 has now fallen into the fabric of music and 'Tangled Up' will continue the trend. Highlights 'Fling' and 'Can't Speak French' are unbeatable future pop hits

Daily Express: After 2005's Chemistry, it was difficult to believe the Girls could ever manage to produce a better pop record- it was that good. Two years on and they've managed to better it with an album so relentlessly brilliant it leaves you feeling embarrassed for other pop stars. Confident, driven and endlessly inventive, this is pop music perfection.

Daily Mail - 4/5 - Amazing. 2 years ahead of other girl bands.

Telegraph: Girls Aloud are a brilliant anomaly - the TV talent show winners who have since had half a decade of chart-topping success, the manufactured group who are darlings of the music press, the teen sensations who are on their fourth album. Overseen, as ever, by UK production team Xenomania, their latest record defies the odds once again by punching above its weight in ebullient dance-pop.

Combining hi-NRG disco with relentless pop suss and vixen-ish attitude, it's another winner. Doubters are directed towards the Sex Pistols riffing, R&B bounce and brazen foxiness of Fling before making premature judgments.

Daily Mirror - 3/5
The Spice Girls may have returned to claim their feisty female crown, but they are going to have a hard time wresting it from this lot. On their fifth album, production team Xenomania exploit GA’s youthful pizzazz and the lasses’ candy-coloured, attitude-packed approach powers them through a collection of sure-fire triumphant hits. Black Jacks is a soul stomper that slams the gauntlet down and elsewhere sass and positivity keep them buoyant, upfront and exuberant.

The Sun - 4/5
DO we really care about the new Spice Girls single or reunion tour? No, not when Girls Aloud are still around. The fact they are still at the top of their game with a fifth album puts the Spices, who only did two decent albums, to shame. As always they team up with pop masterminds Xenomania but this time the result is a more ballsy sound.

Call The Shots has an addictive chorus. Girl Overboard retains the same clubby vibe and the thumping Black Jacks is melodic magic. Control Of The Knife is a feisty two-finger salute to rubbish blokes. Long may they reign.

Call The Shots - Live

(Call The Shots starts at 3:25)

The girls performed Call The Shots for the first time at this charity do. Girls Aloud sound lovely when they're not jumping around everywhere don't they? See girls, you're good when you really try!

Tangled Up Artwork (again!)

Here are the two new Tangled Up covers in all their HQ glory (click on them for even bigger views)

Yeah okay, it's a bit WTF, but it's beautiful okay.

Girls Aloud's scary makeup looks even more weird closeup. But it's nice I suppose. They are so gingerist givin Nicola the smallest triangle. That's just not on.
